|Démian Martin joined PSPC – Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch in late 2019 as a Senior Project Leader to support the federal Laboratories Canada Strategy. He brings over 25 years of federal public service experience, primarily in strategic planning and the strategic management of federal science and public safety assets. Démian has worked in several different programs throughout his award winning career, including the implementation of national User Fee programs, development of the Universal Classification System, and supporting the COVID Vaccine Rollout Task Force.

During his career, Démian has led, or co-written, several MC and TB submission processes, focused primarily on establishing asset stewardship responsibilities. In his current role, Démian provides vision and leadership for the implementation of standard approaches to the assessment, management and operation federal science buildings and campuses.
