|Bridget Anderson has been employed with IRCC almost 22 years ago, with her first three years at the Client Contact Centre in Montreal. After relocating to Ottawa, she spent the next eight years at the Ottawa local office, where she processed temporary and permanent resident applications.

In 2013, she made the decision that she wanted to pursue management, so to accomplish this and to build her competencies, she sought out and accepted opportunities at Headquarters as a team leader, supervisor and manager, which have led her to her current role as Assistant Director for the Domestic Network Client Service Unit.
