In the spirit of culture change and transformational leadership, the Diversity and Inclusion Office, Materiel Group, National Defence, annually hosts the Lifting as You Lead Mentoring Circles (LLMC) program—a beacon of mentorship for Government of Canada and Canadian Armed Forces members.
