Born in Gatineau, QC, I have lived in and around the Gatineau-Ottawa region nearly all my life, aside from a few years in the GTA. My early years were very chaotic, in all, I attended 8 schools before Grade 9, and relocated more than 27 times before the age of 23.

I spent years working various jobs in the private sector before attending Algonquin college (Law Clerk program 2001-2003). Attending college solidified my decision to join the public service, I started as a student at PCO and worked part time hours while in college full time.
