|I have a passion for building high performance teams that build high performance services, using the latest advancements in technology and management technique to achieve incredible outcomes. I encompass a unique space from global to ground perspective, taking into account all environmental variables. My future goal is to transform a single organisation in its entirety to give us a glimpse of what the 22<sup>nd</sup> century citizen centric service delivery with enabled employees can achieve.

|Learning and collaboration are like oxygen, I am sector agnostic, having operated in the military, charity, not for profit, academic, government and start-up environments with equal success.
I worked 3 adults jobs prior to becoming an infantry soldier enlisting at 16. I play/coached ultimate (frisbee) and previously enjoyed running and judo.
