This technology offers learners the possibility to experiment situations where they can learn but also apply their knowledge. For example, VR can provide opportunities to experiment simulated immersive situations where soft skills can be applied (e.g., being an actor in a harassment situation or being immerse into history). VR can also simulate situations that would otherwise be to difficult or too dangerous to recreate in real life (e.g., managing emergency situations).<br>
