It is with great pleasure that we are sharing this version of the RKAT that we have developed with the collaboration of Library and Archives Canada and other partners. It is used to measure IM health within the organization at the directorate le. It quantifies the IM performance using 21 questions based on the 7 phases of the information life cycle. The scores obtained are used to evaluate the IM needs and our personalized recommendations that result from them.
