Public servants can add to this database by logging in, selecting "Edit," and clicking on a row in the table to add data-related websites. The Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB) was established on November 1, 2014, to replace the former Public Service Labour Relations Board (PSLRB) and the former Public Service Staffing Tribunal (PSST). The FPSLREB is an independent, quasi-judicial statutory tribunal with responsibilities in two large areas: labour relations and employment (staffing).

The Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada | The Office of the Information Commissioner was established in 1983 under the Access to Information Act to support the work of the Information Commissioner of Canada. Our staff carry out confidential investigations into complaints about federal institutions’ handling of access requests, giving both complainants and institutions the opportunity to present their positions.

Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada | The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada provides advice and information for individuals about protecting personal information. We also enforce two federal privacy laws that set out the rules for how federal government institutions and certain businesses must handle personal information.

Public Service Commission investigations | As part of its mandate to oversee the integrity of the staffing system and the political impartiality of the federal public service, the Public Service Commission (PSC) investigates concerns relating to specific appointment processes and allegations of improper political activities for organizations that are subject to the Public Service Employment Act.

Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal | The Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal, established in 2007, is a quasi-judicial body that operates independently from any Canadian federal department. The Tribunal was created to enhance public confidence in the integrity of public servants and to protect from reprisals, those who report wrongdoing.
Cases are referred to the Tribunal by the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner.
