DTO
- Small increase in green tasks last quarter
- We are holding steady in task completion this year, which is a slight improvement since last year
- Some tasks with very high rates, some even reaching the 90s, great job teams!
- Other tasks had some great gains this year, including passports and benefits for people with disabilities
- But there are still some tasks that we’d like to see improve
- Some of this information could help your team lobby senior management for time and space to work to improve, as a prioritization cue
Questions and comments
Will this be presented at the Web Executive Board?
A: Yes, DTO has presented this regularly at Web Executive Board, so should come as no surprise
Are there any things DTO is going to do differently for next quarter?
A: Working hard on findability. We are also still working on our transition, which can take away some of our focus on other issues at this times.
When will TSS results be available for department reps?
A: Emails should be going out this week. Also, it’s posted on the GCPEDIA page
