Peer Coaching Circles (PCC) for Federal Managers, Team Leads and Supervisors

Registration for the 2025–2026 cycle is now closed, you can still join the waitlist by completing this form! Waitlisted individuals will be contacted in order.

What is a Peer Coaching Circle (PCC)?

What is a Peer Coaching Circle? Guided by a trained facilitator, it is a confidential process of collaborative inquiry (peers asking open-ended, non-leading questions) through which a small group of colleagues meet regularly to help each other: learn, address real challenges and issues, explore possibilities and take action to achieve desired results.

What You’ll Gain:

  • A safe, non-judgmental space to discuss real workplace challenges
  • Hands-on experience with coaching tools and open-ended questions
  • Peer networking and collaborative learning
  • Practical strategies for leadership and resilience

Time Commitment: Circles meet every 4–6 weeks for 1 hour. The 2026–2027 cycle runs from September 2026 to June 2027.

Questions? Reach out to nmc-cng@csps-efpc.gc.ca with the subject line: Peer Coaching Circles.

Note: In the Quebec region, “Co-development” groups is another initiative offered for managers and supervisors.
