Agenda for Wednesday’s meeting:

  • Update on the Task success survey results
  • We have an opening for our “Show and share” of training resources to create better lines of communication between groups
    • Please sign up for an upcoming meeting if you have resources you can share
  • Health Canada “Show and share” presentation will be May 24

Roundtable

Wildfire updates (PCO):

  • PCO continuing to follow the wildfire situation and how it evolves:           
    • Knowing user needs
    • Donation announcement from Red Cross
    • Help leverage this group and help colleagues from Public Safety
    • Will contact ISC, ESDC, PS and others who are interested to pull together a quick web coordination chat on Wednesday morning
  • Public safety:
    • Emergency actions are being coordinated through a strategic communications table
  • Principal Publisher:

Zero Emission Vehicles

  • Soft launch Tuesday afternoon
  • Official launch on Wednesday, along with an official announcement and/or news release

Travel

  • CBSA will have a news release on Wednesday for long week-end travel tips (mostly generic)

Service disruption content

  • Agriculture service disruptions page and alerts should be coming down today
  • In general, labour disruption content should now come down, assuming service is back to normal
