Summary
This is a working example of using an improved UX Form on one tab to gather data and save one record per row to another tab with the traditional spreadsheet entry form. The Form will save all the data entered as a workbook to a network drive automatically. That data can then be imported into a database. This is a way of extending database technology to a community of excel users who do not have a licence for a database per desktop. When that day comes, we'll gather data with database forms.
