Gain insights into racial discrimination, develop concrete strategies for change, and engage in dialogue that challenges and empowers. • Enhance Awareness – Deepen participants’ understanding of the psychological toll of systemic oppression and racial discrimination in the workplace. • Empower with Practical Strategies – Provide participants with accessible tools to navigate and challenge white fragility, weaponized emotions, and performative allyship effectively. • Inspire Meaningful Action – Empower participants to take intentional action, fostering accountability for themselves and others in both personal and professional spaces.
