About the CSPS Speaker Database

Speaker Database Illustration.png

The events team at the CSPS Digital Academy has been seeking a tool to consolidate and track speakers and moderators invited to speak at the School, for some time - at present, this information is very dispersed. Caspio was found to be a viable solution and is a low-code platform for building online cloud database applications.

The speaker database allows you to:

  • Filter through speakers and moderators by department, their specialization, sector, past events, and if they require speaker fees
  • Quickly and easily access a large number of speakers and moderators in one central location
  • View additional information on speakers such as: their title, biography, spoken language, location event recordings, if another department is booking them for a future event

Navigating the CSPS Speaker Database

Searching for Speakers

At the top of the speaker database, you will find a variety of filters to help you narrow your search. You can choose to use as many filters as you'd like. If you wish to just browse the entire database, you can ignore this and scroll down to view all speakers and moderators. The "Search by event" field will accept key words or event titles to help you identify speakers or moderators who have spoken at events related to your search.
