Interacting During On the Circuit Talks
How do I ask the speakers questions?
Keeping with the ‘Talk Show’ format, the fastest way is to ask your questions directly to the speakers the day of the event. To ask questions directly to the speakers, use the Raise Hand function. When it is your turn to ask a question, our production team will send you an Unmute Request which will appear on your screen. You will need to click “Okay” to unmute your microphone and then ask your question.
You can also submit your questions to us in advance using this form: https://forms.office.com/r/t8HD61i1c5
Or, ask your question in the chat.
*We appreciate all the questions submitted through the form and on the chat. However, the volume of questions coming in through the chat at a rapid speed may not permit us to get to all of them. Should you wish, simply raise your hand to ask your question, if you see that we are unable to get to it.
How do I use the polling function?
The moderator will announce when a poll is starting and it should automatically open on the right side of WebEx Webinars. All you need to do is select your answer.
