Training

The following information and courses can be used as a guide when selecting activities for your learning plan.

  • Canada School of Public Service

The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) provides a common, standardized curriculum that supports federal public servants through key career transitions, ensuring that they are equipped to serve Canadians with excellence.

Sign in to the School's learning platform (using Chrome or Edge). Note: your PRI is required.

For employees who are new to the federal public service, create an account now to access the CSPS's learning platform!

For employees who are joining the ATSSC from another department, please update your account information (found under "Settings").

  • Mandatory training

All ATSSC employees must complete mandatory training, based on their role. Please consult our Mandatory Training list for details or send an email to Onboarding-Formation-Integration-formation@tribunal.gc.ca.

  • Group Language Training

The ATSSC supports equal status, rights and privileges for the use of Canada's official languages—French and English. For those who wish to develop their second language proficiency, we recommend you sign-up for the next session of Group Language Training. For all questions, please send an email to LanguageTraining-FormationLinguistique@tribunal.gc.ca.

  • Diversity Accreditation Program

The ATSSC has developed the Diversity Accreditation Program in support of the Government of Canada's priority of creating an equitable, diverse and inclusive workplace. Visit our course catalogue on diversity for a list of related courses offered at the CSPS. You can also learn more about diversity and inclusion in the public service. For all questions, please send an email to Equitydiversityinclusion-equitediversiteinclusion@tribunal.gc.ca.

  • General: Learning in the workplace

Please consult the Government of Canada's Learning and Development page for information on courses, events, performance management and training resources in support of ongoing learning in the workplace.
