EN - Veterans Affairs Canada Youth Network - Recruitment / Retention / Career Development Pillar Home
Purpose/ Context:
The purpose of the VAC Youth Network's Recruitment and Retention Core Pillar is to provide career development-related supports to employees, regardless of age, to help our fellow VAC colleagues grow and bolster their skill sets with a group of their peers. The Pillar also aims to support the Students at VAC through targeted supports and presentations during various events, such as the Welcoming Summer Student and Closing Summer Student presentations.
