Review action items from last meeting

• clarify the target audience of the overall GC design system (on GCpedia): added a small section on the main GitHub page
• flesh out the recruiting for the testing:
  • write something for the Slack workspace and the DTO communiqué to recruit participants: done
  • consider at which point we should also have testers from outside of the GC: will keep in mind, but nothing concrete was done yet
• reach out to CDTS team to see if they could contribute something on the app/transactional side: sent an email to CDTS - it looks like they will likely not be able to contribute directly, but there's a lot in there we could port to the GC design system
• write something for the Slack workspace and the DTO communiqué to ask departments if they want to contribute (at the same time we ask for participants for the documentation testing): done
• develop a template/checklist on what is needed in terms of testing/rationale: working on it - will present something at next working group meeting
• flesh out the alpha-beta-stable process: working on it - will present something at next working group meeting
• DTO to consider the different hosting options (GitHub, AEM, Drupal, others?) for the design system: for now, because we're in alpha, we're not contemplating moving from GitHub. Brent suggests that we should look into the accessibility of the CMS.
• consider the idea of doing a design sprint, at the same time as the code sprint – and have designers and developers get together for the last part of the sprints: we started thinking about how to make this a reality - will get back to the working group

• the (very) draft content is accessible in both languages
• you can start looking at it - we will ask for more specific feedback soon
• we are working on streamlining how to add components to the library, through a data model and a template

Révision des mesures à prendre de la reunion précédente

• clarifier le public cible du système de conception global du GC (sur GCpedia) : ajout d'une petite section sur la page principale de GitHub
• étoffer le recrutement pour les tests
  • écrire quelque chose pour l'espace de travail Slack et le communiqué du BTN pour recruter des participants : fait
  • examiner à quel moment nous devrions également faire appel à des testeurs extérieur au GC : nous garderons ceci à l'esprit, mais rien de concret n'a encore été fait
• contacter l'équipe du CDTS pour voir si elle peut apporter une contribution sur le plan des applications ou du transactionnel : il semble qu'ils ne pourront probablement pas contribuer directement, mais il y a beaucoup de choses là-dedans que nous pourrions ajouter au système de conception GC
• écrire quelque chose pour l'espace de travail Slack et le communiqué du BTN pour demander aux départemetns s'ils veulent contribuer (en même temps, nous demanderons des volontaires pour participer aux tests de documentation) : fait
• élaborer un gabarit/une liste de contrôle sur ce qui est nécessaire en termes de test et de justification : nous y travaillons- nous présenterons quelque chose lors de la prochaine réunion du groupe de travail.
• étoffer le processus alpha-bêta-stable : nous y travaillons- nous présenterons quelque chose lors de la prochaine réunion du groupe de travail.
• le BTN doit examiner les différentes options d'hébergement (GitHub, AEM, Drupal, autres ?) pour le système de conception : pour l'instant, comme nous sommes en alpha, nous n'envisageons pas de quitter GitHub. Brent suggère que nous nous penchions sur l'accessibilité des CMS.
• envisager l'idée de faire un sprint de conception (design), en même temps que le sprint de code - et demander aux concepteurs et aux développeurs de se réunir pour la dernière partie des sprints : nous avons commencé à réfléchir à la manière de faire de cela une réalité - nous y reviondrons
