Finished up a labelling study and results will be shared next week
Kelly Acton presented Primer at ADM Strat Comms meeting. A Heads of Comms message will go out next week with Primer. We encourage you to share it with your teams.

Health Canada

No updates from PCO and Principal Publisher

2. Update on Page Success Widget - Susan Harper and Penny Day HC PHAC

HC PHAC collaborated with Principal Publisher, PCO, and TBS and launched a Page Success Widget on May 11th to get feedback on two pages
When people responded, an email went to Health Canada PHAC
Since the launch, there have been over 5,000 responses - 164 responses/day
Process all the responses by tagging feedback
Currently dealing with responses manually (as automation hasn’t been set up yet). It isn’t simple. You have to examine people’s nuances and interpret the person’s feedback.
There weren’t any content updates during this time that would impact people’s feedback
Lessons learned from this can help support content guidance and recommendations, especially revising labels and headings to help people find what they are looking for
Having it on a page for even just two weeks will provide a lot of insight
Need an automated back-end to process emails
Next steps: Pausing pilot and removing widget for now - manually processing email responses was overwhelming
Helped ISED who is going to be next on
Once it’s more automated, it can stay on pages
