Health Canada

• More updates in the works for the COVID landing page
• Got approval to change the Wellness together Canada link text to Mental health and substance use support - will track analytics to see if this improves traffic
• Continue to focus on PPE and Data topic pages

No updates from PCO or Principal Publisher

2. ADM Strat Comms Taskforce update - Susan Harper HC

• Meet a few times a week.
• TBS and Health Canada share their digital comm findings with other ADMs
• Talking about leveraging secondary pages to improve navigation to task content
• As we move forward, important that Digital comms support strat comms early
• Public education pieces going to be created

3. CEWS calculator - Denise Eisner CRA

Denise explained the process and what worked in a successful launch.

• Calculator went live yesterday for the PM’s press conference
• Collaboration through the design process
• Includes steps going through to CEWS that you can take to your bank
• Tool will be helpful so they can do the math and be ready for Monday when they can apply
• Working with DTO to do testing
• Taking the recommendations in the daily huddle and immediately actioning
• Program people are in those huddles and they hear what is being said
• Everyday they have a call with Strat Comms, share their insights with them and them with us
• Worked very closely with Finance

4. Alpha content inventory - Scott Duncan & Laura Piper TBS

Automatic inventory is ready to replace the manual inventory that we used initially.

It is in alpha. It isn’t perfect. It is a work in progress. You can contact us if you find something that is missing or not working properly. [[1]]

Please check the content inventory before creating new content related to COVID:

• Content inventory tool (alpha)

Consult the Content structure (site map) for a high-level view of the different types of COVID-19 content and which departments are leading these sections.

Also, please check your page titles to make sure they make sense out of context. You can download an Excel version of the list to send notes to your web team if your pages need corrections.

5. IA review

• Discussion around Fraud, scams and misleading information and where it fits
• Discussion around Travel, Safety, Security
• Testing will be done for both of these to see what labels and structure may work best
