An authentic leader who inspires others to be their very best, Marjolaine believes that creating meaningful connections with colleagues, clients and community is key. Since joining RBC, Marjolaine progressed through increasingly senior leadership roles. As Employee Ombudsman, she helped employees speak up and be heard.
She dedicates her time to the CHEO Foundation and is chair of Ottawa RBC Race for the Kids, benefitting CHEO youth mental health programs. A mother of three daughters, both she and her husband John believe in giving back to their community.

Dirigeante authentique qui incite les autres à libérer leur plein potentiel, Marjolaine estime essentiel d’établir des relations enrichissantes avec ses collègues, clients et la collectivité. Depuis son entrée au service de RBC, elle y a occupé des postes de direction d’importance croissante. Notamment, en tant qu’ombudsman des employés, elle s’est engagée à leurs donner une voix.
Marjolaine fait partie du conseil d’administration de la Fondation CHEO et préside la Course pour les enfants RBC à Ottawa. Cette course vise à amasser des fonds au profit de la santé mentale des jeunes au CHEO. Mère de trois filles, Marjolaine et son mari John croient fortement en redonner à leur communauté.
