Bienvenue

Welcome to the home page of the Place du Portage III (PDP3) Asset and Workplace Renewal (AWR) project.

The Government of Canada (GoC) is investing in key strategic assets, including in Place du Portage III (PDP3), to provide federal public servants with workplaces that are modern, sustainable, healthy, safe, accessible and collaborative.

The PDP3 complex is the largest of four (4) buildings that constitute "Place du Portage". It is a recognized federal heritage building located on the National Capital's ceremonial route, "the Confederation Boulevard", and it is undergoing a major rehabilitation.

The PDP3 AWR project will demonstrate the Government of Canada (GoC)'s commitment to greening and environmental sustainability. It will incorporate elements such as a high-efficiency building envelope, smart building features, LED lighting, improved insulation, modern high efficiency heating, cooling and ventilation systems, and so much more.
