Tenants of PDP3 and adjacent buildings have been informed of construction work through operational notices issued by BGIS, with PSPC’s informal consent. Notices issued to date are provided below. This list will be updated regularly.

Asbestos Abatement in Tower B1 (L3) October 31, 2022 To prepare the site for a new set of doors and to allow a new passage to the freight elevator in Tower A.
Delineation and Hoarding Wall in Mechanical Room October 28, 2022 To delineate the construction space required to install the shear wall for PDP III Tower C as part of the PDP3 AWR Project.
Temporary Disruption of Domestic Water Supply On Emergency Basis October 21, 2022 The main objective of the domestic water shutdown is due to concerns over the integrity of the pipe, and is required to allow for the reinforcement of the primary city water feed to Tower C ahead of excavation. This request is based on the emergency basis to replace Isolation valve of the fire suppression system.
