This is a place to learn about a series of pilots being run by the Canada School of Public Service, related to people exchange. The goal of people exchange is to get insights from the world, applied for public service. Specifically, the CSPS is encouraging more, easier, light-touch exchange of people inside and outside GC.

The first proposed pilot is the [[Paper Plane Exchange]], which helps facilitate light-touch agreements for experiential learning. (Imagine going to another organization's workplace for a few days or weeks, instead of going to a conference or a classroom.)
