Digital Transformation Office (DTO)
The Sign-in Partner service changed to Interac® sign-in service/le Service d’ouverture de session Interacᴹᴰ on October 1, 2022.
Note: It had previously changed from SecureKey to Verified.me in June of 2021. Please update your sign in/register and help pages.
When users click to sign in through a Sign-in Partner, they will now see an Interac branded page.
Sign in pages are among the top pages on Canada.ca - particularly CRA, IRCC and SC. Sign in and register problems are also a top call driver.
Please do a global find and replace to replace ‘SecureKey Concierge ’ and/or ‘Verified.me’ with Interac® sign-in service (Service d’ouverture de session Interacᴹᴰ ).
