NTTO have setup weekly meetings with RI managers to discuss issues. 3. RI Deployment: Deployment will need to be staggered over several days give large number of IFW's to upgrade. SSC estimates it will take 1-2 hours to complete upgrade each IFW. The plan is to upgrade 2 IFW's at a time per office but multiple offices can be updated at the same time. 4. RI Dependencies: RI25.0 NinJo 3.4 deployment requires that the 18.04 IFW be deployed first. 5. Risks: a. Live UAT may uncover blocker issues not discovered during previous testing. b. Ability to ensure all forecasters get 18.04 IFW setup before full deployment. |
