M365 - Training Materials for Administrators

Below is a collection of training products to support technical administrators of M365.

Microsoft Courses

You can utilize training vouchers off the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. Vouchers are on a first come, first serve basis and right now we have over 600 vouchers to still use up. One voucher = One training day.

Steps for Using WTD Microsoft Training Vouchers:

  1. Choose a course, from a learning provider like Global Knowledge, Learning Tree and look at their Microsoft course catalogue
  2. The Partner/Client emails the course information to MicrosoftGoC@softchoice.com with the request to use Microsoft Training Vouchers
  3. Softchoice will handle the booking of the course with the Partner/Client and Learning Provider.

To find a list of available courses go to: https://www.globalknowledge.com/ca-en/legal/satv-eligible-list/.
