What is LeadersGC? LeadersGC is about connecting federal public servants in meaningful discussions about issues and topics that are relevant to their professional lives. We deliver monthly Twitter Chats with Government of Canada leaders attracting participation from public servants from coast to coast (and around the world!).

What is a Twitter Chat?

A Twitter chat is a scheduled, organized topical conversation on Twitter centralized around a specific hashtag (in the case of our community, the hashtag used is #LeadersGC). Our Twitter chats occur the third Thursday of the month from September to May, typically from 8:00 – 9:00 pm EST.

How can I participate in a #LeadersGC Twitter Chat? It’s easy!

1. Create or login into your Twitter account 2. Follow @LeadersGC 3. Join the chat! 4. When you see a question you want to answer, start your tweet with the number that correlates with the question. See example below.
