- To create bilingual, secure and accessible online forms with no coding required
- Lets the public easily submit information
- This initiative was started because departments reported it took too long to create forms
- The team designed the form builder so that it guides you through the process

- The system holds the responses from the public for 60 days
- The team is working on improving usability as well as making forms that can process more complicated information using conditional logic

Q:How does it work for processing phone numbers?
A: Do not need to include dashes or brackets, this is good because users have complained about that.
Q: Is there a list of criteria for use?
A: You can use it for internal use, there’s no set of approved use cases. It’s the responsibility of the user to make sure that’s it’s approved for their use
