TBS DTO
- Communications: DTO Communique + Web Managers went out before the holidays
- DM Shuffle last week: Reminder to update your Ministerial Profiles to make sure everything is up to date
- New members: Peter Crane and Annie Crombie have joined the team
- Contact list: Make sure your contacts are up to date in the Canada.ca Governance contact list
HC PHAC
Travel
- Over the holidays:
- Posted a new page for Designated quarantine facilities
- Updated exemptions
- Infographics for:
- Updated alerts
- New questions and answers in travel wizard
- Right now:
- Updates to content on testing positive based on feedback
- January OICs will be announced on January 31 (effective the same day)
- Co-editing sessions planned
Vaccines
- Things are slowing down
- NACI guidance will be coming later in the month on boosters for children 12-17 and recommended vaccine for people under 30
Testing
- Will be adding What to do when you test positive to COVID-19 landing page
- Making adjustments to feedback tool
- Reorganizing Testing topic page to distinguish between individual testing and testing for businesses
Overall
- Making updates to structured data to ensure it reflects current content

ISED
- Canada Digital Adoption Program - to help businesses go digital will have updates published next week
GAC
- Looking to possibly redo the IA for Canada & the world theme
- Got a lot of feedback that people couldn’t find information so doing work to fix it based on feedback and further research
PS
- Tracking a couple announcements for federal assistance
- Some consultations in the works - will reach out to colleagues when there are more details
- Looking for PP advice about a subdomain, working with Bang the Table
CBSA
- Press conference this week urging pregnant women to get vaccinated
Heritage
- Making big changes to the Winterlude site based on restrictions
Corrections
- Doing lots of updates based on multiple outbreaks in institutions
PCO
