It’s our first meeting of 2022. Hope everyone had a great holiday season and a chance to rest and recharge.

TBS DTO

  • Communications: DTO Communique + Web Managers went out before the holidays
  • DM Shuffle last week: Reminder to update your Ministerial Profiles to make sure everything is up to date
  • New members: Peter Crane and Annie Crombie have joined the team
  • Contact list: Make sure your contacts are up to date in the Canada.ca Governance contact list

HC PHAC

Travel

Vaccines

  • Things are slowing down
  • NACI guidance will be coming later in the month on boosters for children 12-17 and recommended vaccine for people under 30

Testing

  • Will be adding What to do when you test positive to COVID-19 landing page
  • Making adjustments to feedback tool
  • Reorganizing Testing topic page to distinguish between individual testing and testing for businesses

Overall

  • Making updates to structured data to ensure it reflects current content
  • 73% mobile
    • Reminder to all to focus on mobile-first
  • 50% coming from search engine
    • Reminder to all to focus on SEO and title tags

  • Looking to possibly redo the IA for Canada & the world theme
