Passports

  • Approval process and duplicate content are part of a larger briefing - hoping to see movement later this week
  • Looking at the way the content is structured to decide if sticking with that system is the best course of action or if we should revisit the approach to make updates easier given the rapidly changing environment
  • Work on checklist underway

COVID-19

  • Expecting content updates in the coming weeks tied to end of September OICs, but we don’t have details yet

DTO

  • Communications: Blog post about Sign in button is in coding - will be live later this week

TBS FIP

New accessibility guidelines (not mandatory) include:

●     making more of our comms activities accessible

●     Sign language interpreters at events

●     how to make advertising more accessible

Web is covered by the Standard on Web Accessibility, but these cover other aspects of government comms. More will be shared when the guidelines are released.

PCO

Principal Publisher will have the GC Web Analytics Awards Ceremony on Sept.15th
