Covid travel content has been reduced to just the information on the Travel landing page FR: COVID-19 : Voyage, dépistage et frontières
All travel pages now re-direct to that landing page
Redirects also in place for PHAC travel handouts
ArriveCAN page is still up, but it is now optional for people wanting a faster border experience FR: Utiliser ArriveCAN pour une expérience plus rapide à la frontière

Bi-valent vaccine information to be released soon
Updated covid info to reflect October 1 changes
