Busy week ahead with Remembrance Day on Thursday.

IRCC

Proof of Vaccination

  • Usability testing completed last week with 7 participants (3 desktop, 4 mobile)
    • Findability was pretty good
    • Focus will be on getting IRCC and PHAC pages were more integrated

TBS DTO

  • F/P/T meeting tomorrow Agenda:
    • Jamboard exercise about alignment of COVID content
    • IRCC will share the Proof of vaccination usability testing findings
  • If you have anything you want to talk with provinces/territories about at upcoming meetings, let us know
    • FIN to send some provincial links to check related to the Economic Response Plan

HC PHAC

Travel

  • November 21st OICs are going to be announced on the 12th or the 15th
    • Have a co-editing session tomorrow and putting together an approval package
  • Making updates to:
    • Vaccinated travellers
    • Borders
    • Landing page

Vaccines

  • De-commissioned Life after vaccination infographics and re-directs have been put on place
  • Pediatric vaccine announcement expected later in the month
  • Working on Proof of vaccination landing page based on testing & feedback

Overall

  • Mobile use down to 62% from 65%
  • 40% search engines
  • Travel and Proof of vaccination are top searches

PCO

  • No updates
  • Grateful to those who helped on Indigenous Veterans Day content

PP

  • Successful AEM update moving to Service pack 10 over the weekend
  • Sent out emails over the weekend to keep everyone updated
  • Will be sending out an email shortly detailing what changed
  • Confirmed departments can now send requests for updates to their Ministerial profile pages

TBS

Finance

  • Action item: If anyone has a Budget 2021 image and link on their pages, please remove it

CRA/Taxes

  • Working on content updates related to extensions of COVID benefits and subsidies

PS

  • COVID-19 Frauds and scams is still experiencing a technical issue pulling information from the CAFC site - Principal Publisher is helping get it sorted out
  • Action item: If you have anything to add to the site, please reach out to Heather O’Connell
  • Question re Jobs and Economy links in the footer of sites still using the Usability theme - should those links be updated to something else until the sites move to the new design?
