IRCC

• Late Friday, went live with updates to the How to get proof page
  • Trying to reduce confusion for users about having to get the national proof from their province/territory
• Friday, B.C. announced their federal version of the proof is now available
  • We’re seeing some issues where users have trouble finding the federal option within the BC - working with the province to share findings  
• More usability testing is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday

TBS DTO

• Web directors meeting last on Friday went well - this will be the new Web Executive Board and will meet monthly
  • Also looking to form an ADM Canada.ca Executive Advisory Council
• ACTION: Please check the membership list and confirm that we have the correct names for your organization for:

  • Web Executive Board
  • ADM Canada.ca Executive Advisory Council

HC PHAC

Travel

• Made updates on Friday to Boarding flights and trains page
• Upcoming travel updates to:
  • Cruise ship page
  • Provincial page
  • Testing page
  • Morocco page

Vaccines

• New NACI recommendations last Friday -  interim guidance on booster doses
• Expecting an announcement about Pfizer
• There will be a modelling update this Friday

PP

• Sent out an email this morning about updates to service pack and AEM outage on November 6th
  • If you didn’t get an email or have any questions, please reach out to PP

PCO

• Thanks to everyone for PVC Boarding trains and flights page - it was a big lift and good coordination
• Please check your alerts and remove outdated ones

Remembrance Day

• Working with PP to put Poppy banner on homepage for Remembrance Day
• Putting promos on homepage and news page
• If departments are looking, there are promo spots available for other key initiatives

PSPC

• Will be moving to AEM next fiscal year (we got the go ahead last Friday)
  • Will be reaching out to Principal Publisher for next steps

CBSA

• Creating promo content about importing things to Canada during the holiday season
