IRCC
- Late Friday, went live with updates to the How to get proof page
- Trying to reduce confusion for users about having to get the national proof from their province/territory
- Friday, B.C. announced their federal version of the proof is now available
- We’re seeing some issues where users have trouble finding the federal option within the BC - working with the province to share findings
- More usability testing is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday
TBS DTO
- Web directors meeting last on Friday went well - this will be the new Web Executive Board and will meet monthly
- Also looking to form an ADM Canada.ca Executive Advisory Council
