TBS DTO

• Continue with supporting travel and vaccines
• Vaccines: Had a good workshop on Friday and one tomorrow with HC PHAC
• Travel: Work is a little slower this week as we gear up for April OICs
• New blog post:  Maintaining and improving web content through its life cycle went live on Thursday. Please share with your web and program colleagues.
• FPT meeting (tomorrow) agenda:
  • Ontario design system
  • Sharing vaccine feedback received through the page feedback tool
• No meeting next Monday (Easter Monday)

HC PHAC

Travel

• Lots of products in approvals
• Waiting for changes on hotel team revamp
• Working with the DTO on a page for people who are vaccinated

Vaccines

• News release coming this afternoon about AstraZeneca
  • Will provide more information at our next GCWP meeting
• Working on getting “How to get Vaccinated” page live this week
• Meeting with the DTO about “What to expect page” tomorrow

Overall

• There was a 10% increase in web traffic this week, with 4.6 M visits to Canada.ca COVID pages
• Mandatory hotel stopover page most requested
• New to the top 10 external links, and soaring to top spot was "Ontario.ca - What to expect when you get a COVID-19 vaccine" with 48k clicks
• As of March 25 there were 125 email notifications sent, which have generated 241.8K visits
  • If you have something you would like to add, please let us know

PCO

• Regarding all caps for COVID on web and social media (vs. Covid-19):  No changes will be made because it is an acronym
  • Will update soon on any accessibility decision re possibility of how to code it differently

PP

• Nothing today

Finance

• Budget day - April 19th
• Priority of the next few weeks will be gearing up to Budget 2021
• There will be a banner that you can add on your theme page - more details  closer to the day

CRA/Taxes

• Created “Impact on our taxes” pages for each of the recovery benefits:
  • Canada Recovery Benefit (CRB)
  • Canada Recovery Caregiving Benefit (CRCB)
  • Canada Recovery Sickness Benefit (CRSB)
• Subsidy content: Rent subsidy and wage subsidy content will go live this week

ESDC

• COVID Benefit finder was updated last week

ISED

• Lots of announcements coming regarding broadband

PS

• Updating COVID-19 Frauds and Scams page with information about Vaccines scams
• There is social media regarding this, please amplify & share with your networks

On Wednesday, the agenda will be:
