HC PHAC

Travel

  • COVID-19 Cruise ship travel page is live
    • Linked from the Leaving and while outside Canada band of the travel landing page
  • Updated Vaccinated travellers page with information about new exemptions
  • Added vaccinated traveller alert on Flying and Driving checklists
  • Added vaccinated traveller alert on ArriveCAN Help page
  • Added a link for vaccinated travelers on ArriveCAN Contact page
  • Lot of moving pieces and co-editing sessions coming up to cover all the changes coming on July 5th

Vaccines

  • Updated web content and infographic on what you can do when you are vaccinated
  • More updates coming and will share on Wednesday
  • Adding additional videos to the “Ask the Experts” page


PP

  • No updates this week


PCO

  • Celeste is taking a three month leave, please contact Brenna or Mary Beth if there is a file you need something on. Thanks for all your hard work, we will miss you Celeste!

DND

  • Innovation for Defense and Security Program launching next week

CBSA

  • Contact and Information Service pages
  • Starting a top task survey to kick-start some optimization work around travel pages - will be reaching out to partners about where content can be streamlined

CSC

  • Reopening federal institutions to visitors - developing web content and social media to communicate more about what that means

CRA

  • Updating Benefits
  • Waiting on the Royal Assent for Bill C-30 to launch the Hiring Program
  • Ramping up for optimization projects on:

oDisability tax credit

o   End of life

Finance

  • Waiting on the Royal Assent for Bill C-30 regarding budget items


Heritage

  • Working on Canada Day content
  • Working on content on online hate


ESDC – Jobs and Benefits

  • Waiting for Royal Assent on one time payment for seniors
  • Canada Recovery Benefit payments drop to $300/week in July
