  • Upcoming blog post about links
  • Published the conversation design research summary a few weeks ago - we will be publishing a shorter blog post to go along with it
  • Forward planning meeting happening on Wednesday about reopening and recovery.
    • If there are any departments that aren’t looped in but should be, please reach out to Mary Beth (PCO)
  • Any other departments that need to be involved in the Wildfire work group?
    • An evergreen campaign page launched on Friday about wildfires

HC PHAC

Travel

  • On July 8th, had updates to ArriveCAN for vaccinated traveller exemptions
  • On Friday, we made updates to the testing page and vaccinated travellers page
  • We also consolidated the flying and driving checklists
  • Made changes to the alert
  • The next OICs expire on July 21st
  • We have a co-editing session tomorrow
  • Thank you to everyone who continues to provide support to make it the success that it is

Vaccines

  • Arms length review of Global Public Health Intelligence Network
  • Work on process to deal with shortcomings for upcoming pandemic

Overall

  • Health Covid-19 pages - get about 150,000-180,000
  • 64% of people are on mobile or tablet
  • Lot of interest to Moderna side effects given that many people are getting Moderna for their second shot

  • No updates this week

ISED

  • Three RDA announcements going out this week
    • Job growth
    • Tourism fund
    • Aerospace

CRA/Taxes

  • Did user testing on the Hiring Program
    • Monitoring user feedback and call drivers
  • CRB - upcoming amount change
  • Have a meeting with ESDC about life journeys approach to some content - will be working with them in the coming months

ESDC / Benefits and Jobs:

  • Updated Benefit Finder to reflect the information that CRA put on their pages

Finance

  • Minister Freeland announced Senior Minister for Bank of Canada

DND

  • Launched Ideas Program content

PSPC

  • Going through last year's COVID content and removing anything redundant/outdated
