TBS DTO
- Priorities: Continuing work on Travel and Vaccines. January top task survey results show we need to do more there.
- Vaccines - Working on optimizing ‘Getting vaccinated’ content with HC PHAC and a labelling study (how are people viewing different labels)
- Travel - Working with travel working group on Driving and Flying checklists and quarantine self-assessment tool
- DTO Communique & Web Managers email: We are putting together the February edition of both. If you have any items to add, please send them to Laura or Arianna.
- On the blog:
- New post went live about using data to improve content
- We have a follow up to it in a couple of weeks to it
- Next one is about working with call centres
HC PHAC
- Mandatory hotel requirements: New content went live yesterday afternoon.
- Most visited pages on all of Canada.ca:
- Coronavirus #1
- Employment Insurance #2
- Mandatory hotel stay #3
- Travel wizard updates: It will be a busy few weeks for travel content with new requirements coming Feb 14 and IOC changes coming Feb 21.
PP
- Working on content fragments.
GC design system update:
- Labels pattern - We just updated the labels pattern. There is some guidance on how to use it. https://design.canada.ca/common-design-patterns/labels.html
Finance
- ERP page: Continuing to monitor page feedback tool. Seeing a lot of questions/comments about:
- When benefits run out: People are asking what to do when their benefits run out in the Page feedback widget, so looking at how to fix that content.
- Sharing personal information: Lots of people are sharing personal information in the page feedback widget. Looking at how to fix page content to discourage that.
CRA
- Interest relief announcement is on hold for today but should go out tomorrow or Wednesday.
- Net gross issue continuing to get sorted out. An announcement might be coming out this week.
Public Safety
- Fraud & Scams page update this week.
DND
- COVID Vaccines page for CAF members went live on Friday
PSPC
- Content fragment for vaccines: Working with PCO and DTO on integrating it into HC content
Heritage
- Looking for IS-05 Team Lead which will be updated on April 1st. Celeste mentioned that there is a Slack channel about recruitment which he could post in.
