TBS DTO
- Priorities: Travel optimization work based on latest announcements
- Continuing Vaccine optimization work with HC PHAC
- January COVID top task survey - Results are ready. They will be shared at GC Web Priorities on Wednesday Feb. 3rd.
- FPT working group - Meeting tomorrow. We will be discussing:
- Vaccine information
- Study on travel between jurisdictions (page was updated Friday based on study results).
- New DTO blog post: Data to action blog post is going out this week. Please share it on social media.
- Adopting the Canada.ca design - Email requesting status report going out to departments or agencies who haven’t submitted yet.
HC
- Authorized quarantine hotels - Content is in translation. It will go live shortly.
- Vaccine topic page - Went live last week. Some analytics on it:
- 32.9% of people exited the site from that page. Reviewing feedback to see why.
- Who can get the vaccine is the most used link on the page - 30%
- Overview link is next - 10%
- Canada.ca/coronavirus is still the most visited page. On that page:
- Outbreak update is still 30% of the clicks
- Support for individuals and businesses are still high up
- Travel has decreased in clicks but it may pick up this week based on the latest announcements
ISED
- Newly designed page on ERP
- Added “Highly Affected Sectors Credit Availability Program” to Managing your Business
CRA
- Period 1-5 for CEWS is ending tonight. People will no longer be able to retroactively apply.
- Announcements coming but details being finalized - will share next Monday
Finance
- Launched updated version of ERP page
- Divided page into active and passive measures - will be monitoring performance and adjusting based on findings
CSC
- Waiting for internal approvals on vaccines and outbreak content
Wednesday, February 3 meeting: we will be discussing the January COVID top task survey results and providing an update on the FPT meeting.
