- Priorities for the week:Travel and Vaccines
- Travel: Working on content for new OIC updates
- Vaccines: Optimization work on Getting Vaccinated
- FPT working group meeting tomorrow
- Communications & Engagement: Working on DTO Newsletter, Web Managers email, and blog post about working with call centres.
- Adopting the Canada.ca design: If you haven’t submitted your status on adopting the Canada.ca design and domain, as well as the top task survey yet, please do. We are contacting departments/agencies who haven’t responded this week.
PCO
- Travel: Focusing on how we communicate the OICs is going to be the focus for the next few weeks.
- Seeking multilingual content related to COVID-19 - please email Chanel.
HC PHAC
- Priority for this week: Travel and Vaccines
- Web traffic:
- No big changes to report in terms of overall traffic
- Travel and vaccines traffic has gone down somewhat, more stabilized across pages,
- AstraZeneca is still in a holding pattern
- Testing topic page in the works
- Coronavirus landing page live:
- Traffic band moved up
- Removed email subscription link from main page and improved link text on COVID updates page to encourage better pick-up there
- Driving and flying checklists have approval to go live, just sorting out a technical issue with the checkboxes
CRA/Taxes
- Reminder not to share info re: upcoming postings beyond the members of the working group
- CERS & CEWS - new periods opened at 6 am yesterday
- Taxes info going up Feb 22 - approximately 15 pages, mix of optimizing personal income tax content plus some new content

- Updated a link on the Managing your business page

- Vaccine content went live today about how many inmates have been vaccinated and where
