TBS DTO

• Huge kudos to CCO for IS-04 pool. It is ready. We have 107 candidates. If you are looking for candidates, please check out this pool. All you need to do on your end is:
  • Security clearances
  • Second language levels
• This Fall, we are getting some governance around Canada.ca going, including re-invigorating the Canada.ca ADM Council...more details to come. An invite for Web directors should go out this week.  

HC PHAC

Travel

• ArriveCAN landing page went live on Friday
• Updates to ArriveCAN contact us page should go live today
• Co-editing session on Friday for Sept. 7th updates

Vaccines

• Moderna was authorized by HC for 12-17 year olds
  • This went live on Friday, followed by NACI recommendations
• Updates to vaccine product pages are live and will be tested with DTO

Overall

• Forward-planning session on Wednesday
• Focusing on proof-of-vaccine content and will get more information at tomorrow’s F/P/T meeting
• Updates to Proof of Vaccination page are going through approvals
  • Adding info about ArriveCAN as a rescue to people looking here for info re how to upload proof in ArriveCan

• M-R will confirm Yukon’s correct proof of vaccination link at tomorrow’s F/P/T meeting

PCO

• No update

IRCC

• Afghanistan: working on a wizard to triage users
• Program folks are looking to expand content
• Departments are getting Afghanistan enquiries in general mailboxes
  • Sending out an official email response shortly to departments with standard, approved text, including how to contact IRCC directly
  • IRCC has an approved response for Service Canada’s call centres
  • Service Canada may be able to offer geotargeting to help - will connect with IRCC
  • Working on travel updates for Sept. 7th border opening

Finance

• Question re HR: hard finding publishers - are others having trouble too?
  • CBSA has similar issues
  • Discussion re classifications
    • Seems to be a mix between IS02/IS03, CSs, GTs and AS02
  • CBSA asked to put a spreadsheet together
  • CCO is running a process for IS-03’s soon that may be helpful

CRA/Taxes

• Focusing on COVID/Benefit and subsidy updates

ISC

• Working on National Day of Truth and Reconciliation (Sept.30th) content to launch Sept. 13th  

CBSA

• Published a new Frauds and Scams page - reached out to CRA to connect the pages - anyone else they should reach out to?
• Updated alerts to include new Morocco flight ban
• Question about new accessibility regulations and a new memo to cabinet for funding
  • Will add this as a Forward agenda item

Heritage

• Published a new Reopening Fund page for Heritage Sector Organizations - connected with Finance for a link on the COVID financial programs page

Agriculture

• Temporary Foreign workers support fund is coming to a close tomorrow, anyone linking to this content should remove links now
