TBS DTO

• Many people are on vacation this week.
• Continuing work on Travel and GC Design System

HC PHAC

Travel

• Working on:
  • Vaccinated traveller and Testing pages
  • Content for Sept. 7th updates
  • ArriveCAN
    • Landing page updates based on usability testing with DTO
    • Coming to Canada video

Vaccines

• Working on marketing campaigns
• Product pages have gone through approvals - they are in translation and will be live this week or next

Overall

• Doing usability testing on the ArriveCAN app
• Moving forward with roles and responsibilities for  forward planning

PCO

• Afghanistan situation page was launched late last week. There is also content on IRCC.  

PP

• Working with IRCC on vanity url for the Afghanistan
• In discussions about how Service Canada is going to support in the roll out of Proof of Vaccination page

CRA/Taxes

• Coronavirus IRCC income assistance page links are out of date. They will be fixing them.

IRCC

• On Friday, launched a centralized section on Afghanistan
• Working on email registration to sign up for details on humanitarian efforts
• Comms plan is in the works

2. Caretaker Convention

• PCO sent out the guidance last week to all Head of Comms
• Remove Parliamentary Secretary bios if you haven’t already
• You can update broken links, etc. during the Caretaker Conventions - this is considered a routine update

Wednesday: Update on the GC Design System work and Web Governance.
