- Continuing work on: Travel and Vaccine content optimization
- New Blog post: “The magic of using interactive questions” went live last week. Social media went out last week. Please amplify with your networks.
- F/P/T meeting tomorrow. Agenda:
- BC will be sharing COVID chatbot and what they learned
- Travel and vaccines update
- Asking about guidance development/adjustment around COVID variants
- DTO Communiqué & Web Managers email will go out this week.
- GC web priorities agenda for Wednesday: Hopefully about the research and testing behind the driving and flying checklists.
- DTO will be checking in with departments who have not submitted their status for Adopting the Canada.ca design and domain.

Travel
- Updates to driving and flying checklists
Vaccines
- Working on “What you can do after vaccination” and “what to expect” are in various stages of approvals
Overall
- Over 300,000 visits a day now, when it used to be around 200,000-250,000
- Traffic from mobile increased from 57% to 58%
- "Ontario.ca - What to expect when you get a COVID-19 vaccine" was the top outbound link clicked with 64K clicks, decreased from 68K the previous week.
- The top 3 pages last week were:
- COVID-9 mandatory hotel stopover: Booking and list of government-authorized hotels with 433K visits
- Vaccines for COVID-19 with 266K visits
- Travel Wizard: Mandatory quarantine or isolation with 255K visits

CRA/Taxes:
- CERB - draft remission o1rder in the works, working on content related to that
- WAGE subsidy - upward adjustment being drafted - working on content to address that and waiting for policy changes
- Rent subsidy - working on changes to a calculator related to 7-day lockdown support and waiting for policy changes
Corrections
- They are looking for an indeterminate IS-04.
DND:
- Making some updates to the vaccines page for CAF members
- What is the plan for people who haven’t yet adopted the Canada.ca design?
Heritage
- His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh passed away last week. The teams at Heritage Canada and Principal Publisher responded swiftly and diligently in finalizing and posting content to commemorate his life.
- It is also linked from the Canada.ca homepage. They are very busy with this all week. Thank you to Service Canada for your help!
- M-R asked them to come talk at a future meeting about setting this up and they agreed.
