S'inscrire à un programme de recrutement pour les étudiants

Programmes de recrutement pour les étudiants Les étudiants n’ayant jamais travaillé au GdC doivent attendre de trouver un emploi par le biais de l'un des programmes de recrutement reconnus de la Commmission de la fonction publique (CFP). Il n’est pas possible de faire du réseautage ou de partager son CV s’il s’agit d’une embauche initiale pour un emploi étudiant. Programmes de recrutement pour les étudiants Programme fédéral d’expérience de travail étudiant (PFETÉ) Programme d'enseignement coopératif/de stage Programme des adjoints de recherche Programmes de recrutement spécialisés Programme fédéral d’expérience de travail étudiant (PFETÉ) Admissibilité à un emploi étudiant PFETÉ Pour être admissible à ce programme, vous devez répondre aux 3 critères suivants : être inscrit à temps plein dans une école secondaire, un cégep, un collège ou une université; être aux études à temps plein pendant la prochaine année scolaire; avoir l’âge minimum requis pour travailler dans la province ou le territoire d’embauche. Fonctionnement du PFETÉ L’étudiant s’inscrit au programme et son profil est partagé aux gestionnaires faisant une demande d’embauche d'étudiants du PFETÉ. Le profil de l’étudiant est partagé de manière aléatoire lorsque les critères du gestionnaire correspondent à ceux de l’étudiant. L'étudiant peut être invité à une entrevue. Trucs et astuces pour le profil PFETÉ Soyez flexible dans votre recherche d’emploi, sélectionnez tous les domaines de travail qui vous intéressent. Soyez confiant de vos habiletés à travailler dans votre langue seconde! Choisissiez de travailler dans un environnement bilingue! Si vous faites partie d’un groupe d’équité en matière d’emploi, auto-identifiez-vous (personnes en situation de handicap, minorité visible, autochtone, etc.)!

Advice: Look for jobs in your occupational group and at the good level. Ask your colleagues! They will be able to help you! Look for casual, determinate, or indeterminate jobs.
