<p>As part of our ongoing commitment to develop digital talent across the Government of Canada, the Digital Talent and Leadership (DTL) team within OCIO has created a <a href="https://wiki.gccollab.ca/Digital_Talent/M365_LP">learning path aimed at upskilling IT employees in M365 Platform Administration</a>. This learning path supports the enterprise’s commitment to attract, develop and retain top IT talent as outlined in the <a href="https://www.canada.ca/en/government/system/digital-government/digital-talent-strategy.html">Government of Canada Digital Talent Strategy</a>.
This initiative will enhance the skill set of employees, contribute to the overall success of digital teams across the government of Canada, and foster digital talent retention. </p>
