DAY ONE: 08:00 Continental Breakfast, registration, and networking. 09:00 Welcome. 09:15 Opening remarks by Honourable Anita Anand, President of the Treasury Board. 09:35 Dialogue session: “Delivering digital services to citizens in times of crises” with Valeriya Ionan, Deputy Minister for Eurointegration, Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. 10:00 Health break & networking. 10:15 Panel discussion: “Using Artificial Intelligence to deliver faster and fair services”. 11:00 Working session (in-person): Demonstration of the Government of Portugal's Virtual Assistant BOT by the Administrative Modernization Agency. 11:45 Keynote speaker and Q&A: “Navigating complex situations by using the latest technology, international collaboration, promoting Canadian values” with Jeremy Hansen, Canadian Space Agency Astronaut. 12:30 Health break & networking. 13:30 Panel discussion: “Digital service and design excellence through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)”. 14:30 Working session (in-person): Interactive session on the vital role of diversity, equity, and inclusion in realizing Canada's Digital Ambition. 15:00 Health break & networking. 15:20 Keynote speaker and Q&A: “Lessons from the mountain as they relate to collaboration and digital leadership” with Louise McEvoy, Vice President in Cyber Security, Mount Everest Summiteer. 16:30 Closing and summary of day one. 17:00 – 19:00 Exclusive invitation-only networking event sponsored by The Association of Public Sector Information Professionals (DPI).
DAY TWO: 08:00 Continental Breakfast, registration, and networking. 09:00 Welcome and opening remarks. 09:10 Guest speaker and working session: “Values and Ethics in the Public Service”. 10:00 Health break & networking. 10:15 Panel discussion and Q&A: “Working collaboratively while dealing with enterprise-wide operating realities”. 11:20 Guest speaker and Q&A: “How SSC is evolving to collaborate better” with Scott Jones, President, Shared Services Canada. 12:00 Health break & networking. 13:00 Panel discussion and Q&A: Federal, provincial, and territorial discussion on coordinated efforts to address the digital talent gap in Canadian governments. 14:10 Remarks and Q&A with guest speaker. 14:40 Closing and summary of the event.
