11:15 AM - Demonstration of the Government of Portugal’s Digital Services BOT, followed by a working session on digital services in Canada
11:40 AM - Keynote speaker Jeremy Hansen, Canadian Space Agency Astronaut on navigating complex situation by using the latest technology, and promoting Canadian values
