Employee Resource Groups are a proven way to increase engagement and inclusion at work for all employees. They are a critical way equity an equity seeking public servants can come together, share ideas, create safe spaces and make new connections.

This is a crowdsourced list aiming to highlight some of the great work being done across the GC in support of Employee networks. As outlined in the Clerk’s Call to Action on Anti-Racism, Equity and Inclusion, Departments and Agencies are encouraged to support employee networks. Please continue providing them with support, resources and a high level of autonomy.

Employees are encouraged to complete the below form in order to showcase departments that are supporting employees and their needs to create safe spaces for their members. Please provide a score of 1 for each network and add your totals to the last column.
